OJT Hero
Being excellent in what you do does not only help you but also help the others around you. This is what Rhendel James Lelina, a BSEMT student, accomplished last November 5, 2022 as he was given a certificate of appreciation for successfully detecting wrong parts delivered at 6th Gear in his on-the-job training at Toyota Aisin Philippines Inc.
Failure to detect the wrong parts may have resulted in the failure of the machine and may pose delay in the production.
Good job Rhendel! Your EMT family is proud of you
